Yes, while going through the return prompts you'll want to look for the FREE UPS Dropoff option. You may need to hit the drop down menu for this option to be visible. Not all returns offer this which is something only Amazon can answer. You'll then be emailed a UPS return label which you can print and attach to your return. If you do not have a printer, you can also email the label to us at contact@forestgrovepostalhub.com. Please be sure to bring your box/packaging to return the item, or we can sell you a bag or box if you do not have one on hand. We are not able to take loose items and QR codes like other stores who have a partnership agreement with Amazon. 

No, unfortunately only specific stores can accept return QR codes but do not despair. We can save you the drive  by scanning an Amazon provided return label instead! 

If you've already initiated a return and have a QR code, not to worry! We can still help you if you'd prefer to drop your return off locally, save yourself the drive and see our smiling faces.

You have the option to:

• Manage Return, Cancel your return,  which inherently cancels your return QR Code.
• Initiate a return but choose UPS Dropoff-box and label (free) are needed. 

You may have to hit a down arrow to see this as a FREE return option on the list of return options. (If it's not free, please reach out to customer service as we cannot answer why there is a charge for your item).

• You'll then be provided a return label.
• Please print and apply to your return package and drop off at our counter.
• No printer? No problem, email the label to our store at contact@forestgrovepostalhub.com, Subject Line Amazon Return.
• Drive to our store with your return item and return packaging. Visit our counter, let us know you emailed your label and we'll print, apply, scan and send off your return.
